Tastey + Healthy Breakfast

Good morning all you healthnuts that have a sweet tooth. This morning I came up with a great way to satisfy both my desire to be healthy and give in to my chocolate cravings. Chocolate Oatmeal Banana Smoothie.

Ingredients:
Old Fasshioned Oats
Milk
Banana
Arbonne Chocolate Protein powder
Arbonne Fiber powder
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Pumpkin Pie Spice

Just add all ingredients into a blender according to taste. If you want you can use skim milk or just cut out the milk all together and use water. This works well with other fruits as well such as apples and peaches.
